Stacy Fox, PT, DPT

Owner/Clinic Director of Balanced Care Physical Therapy.

Stacy treats a diverse patient population from pediatric to geriatric, Joint replacements, work and sport injuries, Neurological  rehabilitation, myofascial release, cranial sacral techniques,  treatment of headaches/TMJ, orthotic fabrication and education, core strengthening education/back care, whiplash/back pain, post-surgical care including not limited to shoulder/upper extremity, hip,knee/lower extremity.

In 1990 Stacy graduated from Daemen College in New York with a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy and later received her DPT from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania in 2014. She has devoted her  career to outpatient care as well as her continuing education keeping  up with the trends including treatment of vestibular conditions most recently.

Heather Jenkins, PTA

Heather Jenkins, PTA received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 1993, and her Associates of Applied Sciences in Physical Therapist Assistant from Anne Arundel Community College in 1998. In her 20+ year experience she has worked in both skilled nursing and outpatient facilities.

Heather has experience in general orthopedics, pre and post surgical therapies, as well as treatment for chronic neck and back pain, stroke and other neurological disorders, and geriatrics.

Personally, Heather and her husband live in Easton with their two children. Free time is spent at various ball fields watching their kids play sports, boating, and she enjoys relaxing with a good book

Katie Crouch, PTA

In 2023, Katie graduated from Chesapeake College with her Associates of Applied Science and completed the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. She graduated with the Outstanding Graduate award and was the first PTA student to complete Honors PTA courses and complete the
Chesapeake College Honor’s program. Katie has also been published by the American Physical Therapy Association for her research as a student on the Mini Nutritional Assessment. 

Katie has previous experience caring for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and enjoys taking continuing education courses on treating neurological and orthopedic conditions. She plans on continuing her education in the future by completing the advanced proficiency pathway in neurological conditions for PTA’s.  

In her personal time, Katie enjoys wildlife photography, painting, hiking, kayaking, hitting the
gym and staying active.
